Our story

With over 60 years of combined experience and training alongside industry luminaries, we observed how struggling hypnotherapists could expedite their personal and professional growth.

We minimise trial and error while elevating personal frequencies, leading to more impactful outcomes. Our vision centres on initiating a ripple effect, actually, making that a tidal wave, across the therapeutic and coaching community, empowering leaders to collectively raise humanity's vibration.

We recognise and know that true transformation transcends mere techniques. Our mission is to embolden entrepreneurial spirits to reach unrivalled heights, tapping into the boundless potential of the superconscious and our limitless nature.

The Rise & Shine AcademyⓇ serves as a hub for heart-led entrepreneurs striving to shine and stand out in their respective disciplines and make a difference. We provide expert guidance with board-certified training and mentorship, enabling profound life-changing transformations, sustainable prosperous businesses and enduring impacts on our clients' lives and ventures.

Two hearts, one vision!

We first discovered the magic of partnership in 2017 whilst training new hypnotherapists together in London. Our connection was immediate and profound, rooted in a shared passion for coaching, hypnosis and a desire to create a shift in the consciousness of humanity.

Over coffee in 2018, we realised our separate self-development programmes, while unique, complemented each other perfectly like left and right-hand gloves. Together, we harnessed our 60 years of collective knowledge and expertise to create a programme that truly impacts soul-led entrepreneurs.

We're here to make a difference with our unique, fun and light-hearted approach. Our first program was born in 2021 and has since evolved to form RISE InitiationⓇ.
